Taught in Atlanta and Raleigh '65-68. After grad school had a career in information management, systems development, and consulting in California county and state public health programs.


I'm and inveterate walker, crossword puzzler, googler, knitter, foodie/wines/ cook, gardener. I STILLlive to go to a Final Four. Got a new passport and have bag, will travel.

Summer of '12 took a 3 month car trip cross country and extensively up through the Northwest and back down through the plains to eventually light in WNC, fell in love again with the place and have decided to stay.

In 1914 I returned to Pennsylvania to be near daughter Suzy and family.

Being the coach's daughter was a mixed, blessing, believe me! I loved the basketball teams and I knew guys who took bets on how many times I would drop my baton during half-time perfomances. I especially remember the Winter Dance sophomore year, the mock election campaign for Kennedy senior year. Sportscars and the Kingston Trio, oh yes.


It's a cliche, but wow!, these 50 years have come and gone so quickly, but I'll bet we're all essentially the same great bunch. Go CAPS!
