After college (St. Andrews) Bill headed straight to New York City. He worked for famed producer Joseph Papp who was beginning his landmark summer series SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARK. Bill was very happy in New York working in theater. He contracted AIDS before it reached worldwide epidemic proportions.
